We are the last generation.

We are the last generation that learnt to play in the street,
the last generation who played hide an seek.
we are the first who've played video games,
seen cartoons in color and amusement parks
We were the last to record songs of the radio on cassettes, 
we knew the connection between a pencil and cassette and we are the pioneers of walkmans and chat...rooms.
We Learned how to program the VCR before anyone else, play with the Atari, Super Nintendo and believed that the Internet would be a free world. We are the generation of the Giant Robot, He-Man, Street Hawk, Thunder Cats, the Transformers, Silver Hawks, Gumby, Highwayman, Manimal, The Fresh Prince of Bel-Air, - Traveled in cars without seat belts or air-bags, rode the bike without helmets, drinking and driving was not a crime, lived without cell phones, - We did not have Play stations, 99 television stations, flat screens, surround sound, mp3s, iPods, computers and the Internet, ...but we had time to rest our head on our grandmas lap and listen to bed time stories, we had time to sit and watch chitrahar, rangoli, and saturday evening movies with our parents. We knew how to built a sand castle in the beach, we knew how to fish with a bend needle and a worm. We knew the smell of a slate and chalk pencils. We knew the music before the news at 7 in the radio. We held our dads hands to wait in the bank while they drew money , instead of atms.

Chemistry course by Tcher Haffa Izzah is toe-tally awesome! Penyampaiannya begitu berkesan ! Aku pon terkesan. Dikesan oleh Ckgu Suzana. dan akhirnya PENGSAN.

Hampeh! Alih-alih aku dipanggilnye ke depan utk buat ! *haha

Alamak, aku lupa. Course ni habis pukul 4.30. Abang aku pegi beli tiket bas balik Aloq Setaq pukul 2.30. Makanya, aku terpaksa berkorban tinggalkan course ni pukul 1.30. waktu rehat makan nasi tomato *cik timah. haha

Abang aku amek pukul 1.40. Balik rumah, langsung aku tak rushing. Bole sempat on laptop update twitter ! Huh! Pastu abang aku bising, Aku mandi... blabla..

Keluar rumah pukul 2.03 petang. Abang aku kata " Sempat tak ni ? "

Hyundai Getz merah milik Cik  Yah di pandu laju ! Haha. Tapi, jalan ke seremban melalui jijan,lbj, sendayan, ikut gadong terlalulah berliku ! Nak pecut depan ada lori... Aduh! Nak potong. Kereta laju dr sana.

Jam dah pukul 2.30 petang. Dan aku masih belum smpai Terminal 1 lg. Aku dah gelabah. abang aku da bising. "Haishh, sempat tak ni ?"

Aku menyedapkan hati. Takkan bas tu gerak sharp pukul 2.30 ? mesti dia extend time sikit. Aku cuba. Tapi tak mampu. Uh. Aku tetap tak sedap hati. Dalam hati aku pohon doa, ' Ya Allah, mudah-mudahan sempat '.

Sampai di terminal one lebih kurang jam 2.37 petang. Aku segera. Bukak pintu belakang. Ambil beg sgala. Jalan dengan pantas ke lane 25. Ya 25, aku masih ingat angka itu. Syukur ! Bas Jelita Sdn Bhd belum bergerak. Aku gembira.

Abang aku kata , " Haa! Nasib baik sempat " Aku senyum. Salam abang, then aku naik bas.tingkat atas. Kosong. Tak ramai yang naik. Pedulilah, janji aku dah naik. 2.45 baru dia gerak. Rupa-rupanya . ini bas loncat *kata orang utara. *Aku tarik nafas.

Dekat 10 jam baru sampai Shahab, Aloq Setaq. Kau imagine! Tolak pkul 2.45 sampai pukul 12.03 ? Tak menangis kau? Dia singgah Kajang, Pudu, Pulau pinang, Sungai petani, alor setar .. tapi apakan daya. Aku redha kan. Janji sampai. 

Telefon aku tak habis2 berdering, kejap dari ayah, kejap dari mama, kejap dari cikyah. Semuanya soalan yang sama " ADA DIMANA SEKARANG NI ? " Puas aku membalas satu persatu. Kadang2 aku biarkan. Apa mereka tak duduk sebumbung ke? Jenuh la kredit aku. 

Hijau dimana-mana.
